Learning at the Speed of Science: Designing Pharma Capability for Continuous Innovation

Conventional learning systems cannot keep pace with the rate of scientific and technological change in biopharma. This article makes the case for repositioning capability development as a board-level strategic asset, describes the four features of a future-fit pharma learning ecosystem, and introduces a Capability-Foresight Cycle for anticipating and building skills ahead of demand.
