At NEC, I ran global technology delivery for 7-Eleven Inc. across 12,000+ stores and 50,000+ devices — owning three P&L streams across product engineering, delivery, and managed operations — 99.99% uptime · 5/5 CSAT for three consecutive years. Then I pivoted. I wanted to understand not just how to deliver — but why organizations struggle to improve despite capable people and good technology. That search led me to Theory of Constraints and Goldratt Consulting. At Goldratt, I implemented an AI-augmented TOC pull replenishment engine for India's largest Room AC manufacturer — delivering 30% topline growth by lifting product availability from 70% to 95%. Today I'm channeling all of it into entrepreneurship. I co-founded ForgePoint — an AI-first Innovation Sprint Network that connects India's 6 crore MSMEs with engineering talent to transform real operational problems into working prototypes, pilots, and production solutions.
